Terms &
Conditions.

Last updated: July 2026

This is a general website-terms template, not a full set of product supply terms. Any actual tequila supply agreement should have separate commercial terms covering the authorised producer, named approved destination, brand or product, pricing, specifications, title, risk, payment, delivery, duty, compliance, liability and governing law.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the website.

2. About us

This website is operated by The Tequila Guys. Before launch, replace this section with your full legal company name, registered office address, company number and contact details.

3. Website content

The information on this website is provided for general information only. While we aim to keep it accurate and up to date, it does not constitute legal, regulatory, financial or technical advice.

Product availability, specifications, minimum order quantities, lead times, prices and compliance requirements may change and will be confirmed separately in writing.

4. Project-specific bulk tequila supply

The website does not represent that bulk tequila is offered as general UK warehouse stock for unrestricted resale or onward transfer. Any bulk tequila project is subject to the authorised Mexican producer, the relevant brand or product, the named UK bottler or manufacturer approved for the applicable CRT route, export certification and other project-specific approvals.

Bulk tequila supplied for one approved bottler, brand or product must not be transferred or resold in bulk to another bottler or manufacturer. A quotation or enquiry response is not an offer to sell unrestricted bulk tequila from UK stock.

5. Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract between you and us. Any quotation is subject to separate written terms and may be withdrawn or amended before acceptance.

No order is binding until confirmed by us in writing and, where applicable, the relevant commercial agreement has been signed.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including text, design, branding, graphics, images and layout, is owned by or licensed to us.

You may view and print pages for legitimate internal business use, but you must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, interfere with its operation or use it for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purposes.

8. Third-party links

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.

9. Availability of the website

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss or damage arising from reliance on website content, inability to use the website, or use of third-party links.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Privacy

Our use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.

Project-specific bulk supply

We do not offer bulk tequila as general UK warehouse stock for onward resale or transfer. Each shipment is arranged project by project from an authorised producer in Mexico for the named brand or product and the named approved UK bottler or manufacturer shown in the relevant CRT and export documentation. Any UK excise warehousing is part of that approved route and does not permit onward bulk transfer to another bottler.
